Nanochap ENS001 Chip: The Innovative Driver of Parkinson's Therapy Devices

Release time:2024-12-25

Parkinson's Disease is a chronic disease that affects the central nervous system, with major symptoms including muscle stiffness, tremor and movement disorders. Conventional Parkinson's therapeutic devices typically use low-frequency electrical impulses to stimulate the brain or associated nerves to relieve symptoms. However, these devices often suffer from fixed stimulation parameters, lack of flexibility and limited therapeutic effect. In contrast, the Nanochap ENS001 chip brings a new solution to Parkinson's therapy with its high degree of integration, programmability, multi-channel stimulation and precise control.

The ENS001 chip integrates a 32MHz ARM processor, a multi-channel highly flexible stimulation driver, an on-chip charging circuit, a configurable boost DC converter, and a temperature sensor. This highly integrated design not only simplifies board complexity and reduces production costs, but also makes the device more compact in size and easier to carry and use. At the same time, the integrated design makes the synergy between the modules more efficient and improves the overall performance of the device.

The multi-channel stimulation function of the ENS001 chip is particularly important in Parkinson's therapy devices. The chip supports the simultaneous output of multiple channels, allowing flexible configuration and adjustment of stimulation parameters, such as stimulation waveform, frequency, pulse width and amplitude, according to the patient's specific condition and treatment needs. This personalized treatment plan not only improves the accuracy of treatment, but also makes the treatment effect more significant. In addition, the ENS001 chip supports single/bi-directional current waveforms from DC to over 50kHz, including sine, square, triangular and various modulated waveforms, and arbitrary waveforms can be realized through the programming of the chip, which further broadens the range of therapeutic applications.

Another significant advantage of the ENS001 chip over traditional therapeutic devices is its precise control. The chip adopts a constant current source to stimulate the output and has a built-in current mirror circuit, which can achieve a precise output of the current source without large fluctuations due to load changes or external interference. This high-precision current control not only ensures the stability and safety of the treatment process, but also reduces the potential impact and discomfort caused by the current on the human body. At the same time, the ENS001 chip also adopts dynamic charge replication technology to realize charge balance, which further improves the safety of treatment and patient comfort.

In addition, the application of ENS001 chip is also reflected in its small and portable size. Traditional therapeutic instruments are often bulky and inconvenient to use. The ENS001 chip produces a disposable flexible stimulation patch with a size of only 2.8*6cm, about the size of two coins, which is easy to carry and use at any time. This compact design not only improves the patient's experience, but also makes the treatment no longer subject to the restrictions of location and occasion, truly realizing the demand for anytime, anywhere treatment.

Compared with the traditional Nanochap therapeutic instrument, the application of Nanochap ENS001 chip brings significant improvement in the following aspects:

- Personalized treatment: Through programmability, it realizes the flexible adjustment of treatment parameters to meet the personalized needs of different patients.

- Accuracy and stability: The use of constant current source technology improves the accuracy and stability of current control and reduces the risk of treatment.

- Abundant waveform choices: Supports a variety of optimized design of stimulation waveforms for precise treatment of different types of Parkinson's symptoms.

- Wide range of application potential: not only limited to Parkinson's treatment, but also can be expanded to neurological rehabilitation, pain management, psychological disease treatment and other fields.

These advantages make the application of ENS001 chip in Parkinson's therapeutic instrument more extensive and in-depth. It not only improves the therapeutic effect and safety, but also expands the application scope of treatment, bringing more gospel to Parkinson's patients.
