A stimulator chip with programmable stimulation parameters and modes. Stimulation parameters include pulse width, pulse interval, pulse refresh rate, pulse amplitude, pulse phase, single/continuous stimulation, etc. Stimulation mode includes unipolar or bipolar mode.

Realizing 320 stimulation channels on a chip of approximately 9mm², the high density of stimulation channels provides higher resolution stimulation images and more accurate analog neural signals.

High Precision Stepping

High Precision Stepping

The stimulation electrodes on the chip can be selected arbitrarily, allowing flexible customization of stimulation strategies; the stimulation current can be adjusted with a high precision of less than 0.6 μA, which enables high-precision programming.

Low Charge Mismatch Ratio

Low Charge Mismatch Ratio

The charge mismatch rate is extremely low (less than 0.5%), minimizing the risk of tissue damage and electrode corrosion due to charge imbalance.
