Multifunctional Nerve Stimulator Chip
The NS4 is a single chip TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) device. The battery-powered built-in voltage boost converter (DC-DC) generates a stimulation voltage of up to 55V. The stimulator block is designed to drive anodic and cathodic stimulation currents pulses up to 57mA.
Wire-free Bonding
Integrated power switch, high voltage boost converter and multi-mode constant current source stimulation module.
Hermetic Encapsulation
Standby current 2μA.
Low Application Cost
The chip can realize a variety of stimulation modes to support a variety of terminal applications, the chip only needs to add a small number of peripheral components can be built to realize its stimulation function.
