Nanochap BMS002 chip core technology

1. High sensitivity and low noise

The BMS002 chip integrates a highly sensitive 4-electrode current measurement module, which can effectively detect weak biological signals and is particularly good at recognizing subtle ion concentration changes in electrolytes. Its excellent low-noise performance ensures stable signal transmission, weakens external interference and improves detection accuracy.

2. High-precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC)

Built-in 16-bit high-precision ADC supports 40 to 2048 times oversampling, which greatly enhances the resolution and accuracy of ion concentration detection and ensures highly accurate results.

3. Embedded ARM Cortex-M0 MCU

The integrated ARM Cortex-M0 MCU brings high efficiency data processing capability to the chip, which can instantly analyze the biomolecular signals and quickly output the detection conclusions.

4. Multi-functional impedance detection module

Equipped with an impedance detection module, it accurately measures electrolyte impedance at a rate of 250KSPS and 10-bit resolution, providing more dimensional data support for electrochemical research.

In the electrolyte analyzer, the BMS002 chip achieves the ion concentration detection in the following main steps:

- Signal acquisition: The chip detects changes in ion concentration in the electrolyte solution through the built-in electrodes, and converts the ion concentration into an electrical signal.

- Signal processing: Convert the collected analog electrical signal into a high-precision digital signal and perform signal analysis to extract the characteristic information related to the ion concentration.

- Data Calculation: Based on the results of signal analysis, the chip calculates the concentration value of each ion through the built-in algorithm.

Comparison with traditional electrolyte analyzer

1. Detection accuracy

BMS002 chip adopts the method of direct measurement of biomolecular signals. Compared with the chemical method or atomic absorption method of traditional electrolyte analyzers, it reduces the interference of factors such as temperature, humidity, reaction time, etc., and thus improves the accuracy and stability of detection.

2. Detection speed

Compared with the long waiting time of traditional detection, BMS002 chip utilizes fast data processing and high sensitivity technology to shorten the detection cycle and improve efficiency.

3. Automation

Traditional equipment is complicated to operate and requires manual intervention. BMS002-based electrolyte analyzer can realize full automation, just need to place the sample can be automatically tested and give the results, simplify the workflow of health care workers.

4. Cost and size

The highly integrated design of the BMS002 chip not only reduces the cost of the device, but also reduces its size, making the new electrolyte analyzer more economical, portable and easy to carry and store.
